Worthy Sirs:

We are little more than a month out for this Exemplification. We must get 125 candidates through this Exemplification so let’s get at least 150 signed up so we can get the 125 and the special commemorative certificate for our new Knights. Please share this post with your Assembly and Councils that feed your Assembly. I have gotten some preliminary numbers and am encouraged but we need a full court press to get our number. It really isn’t about the number but getting men to complete their journey to full Knighthood.

Please don’t pass up this opportunity for the men in your councils. With Easter Sunday and the new OCIA members joining the church recently, reachout to these men about joining your council and then the 4th degree.

Remember every Knight should be a 4th Degree Knight so look at your councils and invite folks to take their 4th degree. Remember this is open to families, great time to share with the families what the 4th degree is all about. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to join and meet the Vice Supreme Master, State Deputy and Supreme Master, yes this date is on their calendars.

Let’s show everyone in the order that North Texas is Standing Tall and is a Proud Texas District of the Fourth Degree of our order. Remember to invite your Priests to join who aren’t currently members of the 4th degree.

Remember if a candidate isn’t a current member of the Knights of Columbus to sign them up online, preferably with their phone, and watch them get the response email and have them click the acknowledgment email and then they are a member. Bring them to a CUF then fill out the Form 4 and bring them to the June 14th Exemplification.

Below are the flyer, excel form for submitting candidates, a registration form similar to the past, as everyone is asking for this as well as a Form 4.

I am asking each Assembly to send me any Form 4’s they have in hand so I can start to build the registration table forms.

I am going to ask for this each week as we get closer so I can let you all know how close we are and as soon as we reach our goal. I would like numbers each Monday and as we get to the last two weeks I might have to go to daily reporting.
